About Me

I’m here to build your strength and confidence higher than you’ve ever experienced. I’ll take you from where you are now to where you deserve to be. I want you to know what it feels like to get stronger, healthier, fitter and faster.

I started my career as a Personal Trainer qualifying in 2011 and since then I have attended and passed many extra qualifications to help ensure I am giving my clients the very best information and advice. These include Kettlebell Training, Hatton Elite Boxing, Strength and Conditioning along with many more. I have also attended many seminars and workshops based around nutrition, training, programming and olympic lifting. Putting all of these to practice with clients, I found that they became stronger and fitter than they’d ever been before.

Ever since I qualified as a personal trainer in 2008, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing countless men and women undergo remarkable changes, not just physically but in all facets of their lives. Having worked with hundreds of individuals, each story and each milestone have solidified my belief in the power of fitness to redefine one’s life.

Strength training, in particular, holds a special place in my heart.
