Here you have the option to train either 1-1 or 1-2.
Working face to face, just me and you (1-1) is where you will be able to get the most tailored approach to take you from where you are now to where you want to be. In these sessions you have my undivided attention, assessing every rep making sure you are moving correctly and safely, giving feedback in your rest and being able to have that time to ask me all of the questions you may have. I will keep a log of your sessions, making sure you are progressing towards the goals that you set out to achieve.
With the Joint PT sessions (1-2) you get the added support from your training partner, who will have the same goals that you do, whilst also saving you some money. The sessions are designed to make sure that you both get the most out of the time that you are investing. We have found that clients that use the Joint PT sessions actually end up working harder than if they train on their own, team work makes the dream work.
