Do you ever walk into the gym and feel like you don’t know what you’re doing? Or perhaps you go in, do a couple of exercises and leave after 20 minutes because you haven’t got a plan to follow?
Having a remote coach will give you confidence every time you walk into the gym.
Your time is precious and I want you to use it wisely when you go into the gym. When you have me as your remote coach, I am there with you on your phone every time you train. So you’ll go into the gym, open up our app and work your way through the programme, everyone in the gym will see you as the one who knows what they’re doing and knows how to train. No more fear, no more embarrassment, and no more wasting your time faffing about.

In our app you will have a dedicated profile unique to you, we’ll have a consultation at the start and set some goals to work towards. It’s important I understand your likes, dislikes, and what training you’ve done in the past so I can create a personal programme that will help you achieve your goals in a way that is suitable to your level and also enjoyable.
Each exercise in your programme will have a follow along demo video, as well as detailing all the reps, sets, weights and rest periods, taking the guesswork away completely. I’ll also request you to record videos of some exercises that are new for you, so I can give you feedback and improve your technique week on week.
The other great thing about remote coaching is that it offers you great value for money. 5 personal training sessions a week would cost Sophie £250 a week, instead she pays less than that a month and gets all the benefits. If you’re local to Bishops Stortford we can have in person monthly consultations or check in sessions, if you’re further afield we’ll do these via video call.
App based fitness – A personal trainer in your pocket... I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer, with extra training in nutrition, kettlebells, elite boxing, and olympic lifting. I’m committed to continued learning and enjoy attending additional seminars and workshops. I believe there is always something new to learn. I can’t wait to join you in this next phase of your training.
