Spring is here, and it’s time to get moving! Step Into Spring is a 4-week step challenge designed to keep you active while supporting an amazing cause. This year, we’re stepping up to raise vital funds for Saint Francis Hospice, making every step count towards something bigger than just fitness.
How It Works
It’s simple—walk, track, and compete! Here’s how you can get involved:

✅ Track Your Steps – Use your smartwatch, phone, or fitness tracker to log your daily steps.
✅ Compete & Stay Accountable – Challenge yourself and others to hit your step goals each day.
✅ Invite a Friend – Bring a mate along for some extra competition (and fun!).
✅ Share Your Progress – Use #StepIntoSpringDLPT on social media to stay connected and motivated.
All net proceeds from entry fees will go directly to Saint Francis Hospice, supporting their incredible work.
