I started my PT journey with Danny back in January 2023, with the aim of losing a bit of weight for my sister’s wedding in October. Over the next 10 months, Danny not only trained me to use all the ‘scary’ equipment in the gym that I wouldn’t have dared use on my own, but he pushed me further than I’d have ever pushed myself. Fast forward 20 months, I’ve lost over 20kgs, by following Danny’s online program weekly and actually look forward to going to the gym. I really recommend Danny to anyone looking to tone up, lose weight, get stronger and gain confidence… or just get away from the kids for an hour or 2 😬 💪🏼🏋️♀️
